The global response to the Covid-19 pandemic raises a number of ethical dilemmas and choices spanning from allocating limited goods such as beds in ICUs and fairly allocating Covid-19 vaccines, how nations should prioritise the health of their citizens versus people elsewhere, to the role and values of international organisations.

The Global Health Centre is hosting a new event series on global health justice to facilitate discussions on complex global justice issues and explore the ethical decisions that global Covid-19 responders are and will be facing around the world.

This series of conversations is led by the Independent Resource Group for Global Health Justice (IRG-GHJ “URGE”), an international group of leading philosophers.
